Dealing with an Estate where there’s no Will

In the somewhat complicated event that a valid will has not been left or cannot be located, Zenith Lawyers can assist you with applying for Letters of Administration in the Supreme Court of Victoria. In these circumstances, there is legislation that details how an estate may be distributed and by whom. The Supreme Court can appoint an Administrator to distribute the estate under the Administration and Probate Act 1958.

Making a claim if you feel you’ve been left out of a Will

If you expected to be a beneficiary of a will but have not been provided for, you may be able to make a claim against the distribution of any estate under the Administration and Probate Act 1958.  We are very experienced in assessing whether you have a claim or not and offer obligation free advise.  call to make an appointment.
